August 26, 2021

NABED is proud to announce that its heart failure patient education program is now approved by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA). Being part of the largest library in the Arab world and Europe, this program includes a series of educational videos that follow the guidelines of over 35 international leading medical institutes.

With these easy-to-comprehend videos, cardiologists inside NABED’s network can empower their patients and educate them on how to better manage the medical, daily living, and psychological aspects of heart failure. These videos cover nutritional and physical activity plans, strategies to quit smoking, methods to take medications safely, and techniques to help patients cope with stress and reduce its impact on the heart and general well-being.
